This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the children's apps published by Steveloper ("we", "us", "our"), including Cozy Curiosity and our other learning games for young children. These apps are designed for the Apple Made for Kids category and the Google Play Families program, and are built to be safe for children aged 6–8.

We do not ask your child to sign in or create an account, and there is no way for anyone to enter personal information into the app.
The app saves your child's progress — completed levels, earned coins, stickers, outfits, and settings — locally on the device only. This information never leaves the device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is removed when the app is deleted.
Our apps contain no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking technologies of any kind — not even "anonymous" ones. We do not use cookies. We do not build profiles. We do not share anything with advertisers or data brokers, because we have nothing to share.
Our apps offer a single, optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. This purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details, card information, or account information — those are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. The buy option always sits behind a parental gate so that a young child cannot make a purchase on their own.
The apps are offline-first and fully playable without a network connection. The only feature that uses the internet is the store purchase and "restore purchases" flow described above.
These apps are intended for children, and we take that seriously. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, our apps are designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation including provisions for children (GDPR / GDPR-K), and the requirements of Apple's Kids Category and Google Play's Families program. Any external links, permission requests, or purchase opportunities are placed behind a parental gate.
We do not integrate any third-party services that collect data. The only third parties involved are Apple and Google, solely to deliver the app and process an optional purchase. Their handling of that transaction is governed by their own privacy policies.
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data for us to lose, expose, or misuse. Locally saved progress stays within the device's own app storage.
If we ever change how the apps work in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Any future version will remain consistent with the Kids Category and Families requirements.
